These tablets all though big are worth the swallowing effort. Deeper more restful sleep. You do get some vivid dreams but its worth it.

For months I’ve been struggling with some decent sleep, and thought by training 5-6 days a week would rectify that. But I simply couldn’t switch off and get my much needed rest and recovery. Thankfully my training coach asked whether I took ZMA and took on his recommendation. It has made a massive difference - I take it an hour before bed and feel very relaxed by the time I get in.
