I suffer with severe Insomnia. My PT suggested taking ZMA, been on them a few weeks now, I take one before bedtime. My sleep has improved so much, I'm actually get a good 6 hours a night most nights and sometimes a bit more. I used to only average 2 hours or less! These have been really beneficial for me and they help with the muscle soreness from working out. Great product!
