This powder works wonders for PCOS. I was prescribed Metaformin by the doctors and I wasn’t able to tolerate it as it was to harsh on my body. I previously had been taking insitol in capsular form but found I was needing to take 4 very large capsules a day then I found this in powdered form. I take a 4g scoop every morning in orange juice. Literally tasteless and mixes so well. I have noticed such a difference in my hormonal mood swings and if I miss a couple of days you can just tell I haven’t taken it. This powder has re-regulated my periods. Before using inositol I hadn’t had a period on my own without having to use Norethisterone in over a year. I can’t confirm whether I am ovulating as I haven’t been testing but I am having a regular period. Overall this insitol makes such a difference and I finally have my pcos under control. I would highly recommend to everyone with pcos. I have zero side effects from this powder. It also helps my sugar cravings, before I was a sugar monster constantly craving a sugar high. Energy levels have sky rocketed. Be wary though it’s suggest for PCOS we have 2-4g daily. The back of the packet says 3.5 scoops which is waaaaayyyyy too much. Let’s just say it went through me more than once. Stick to lower g and you can feel it doing it’s thing  Goes Well With: Protein shake

This stuff is amazing. I hadn’t had a period in 8 months and the drs couldn’t help me without hormonal treatment/the pill. I started taking beginning of April and had a period end of April and have since had another natural period & a normal cycle.  Amazing stuff! Mixes OK with squash, much better in your coffee/tea! Basically if you have PCOS I really advise it! I take 5g morning and evening.  Goes Well With: Coffee!
