What are the benefits of Intra Workout?

Intra Workout is packed with nutrients you need to boost your performance* during a training session. We've included cyclic dextrin, which is a highly soluble form of carbohydrates that will help to provide you with energy, along with a blend of electrolytes to replenish the salts you lose through exercise.

There's also 5g of BCAAs which are the building blocks of protein, and an all-important addition of vitamin C, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. 

Plus, it's available in three delicious fruity flavours – Tropical, Cranberry & Raspberry, and Strawberry & Lime.
