Best supplement ever used
The Mac Nutrition guy spoke about this years ago and stated it helped with PCOS. Started using it and my PMS had decreased massively. Â No crazy moods and no wanting to eat everything in sight. Â Shame MyProtein whacked the price up on it though.Goes Well With:Anything, fine in water and tastelessÂ

Perfect for PCOS
I can't recommend this enough. I went for 1 whole year without a period. I've been taking this since March 2024 and i've had two regular periods since. This has also helped with my moods, sleep and weight!Goes Well With:Squash

Still deciding
I have not been using this long, I must say that I have been feeling a lot better since starting it and I suffer from PCOS which was the reason I purchased this product. You get a lot of uses as the scoop is tiny, the scoop is provided inside the pack. There is definitely no taste and I have it first thing every morning before anything else.
