Top tip: a high-protein tortilla wrap is a super-easy way to boost the protein content of this recipe — they’re widely available and can be found in most supermarkets.

Makes 1

Ingredients

  • 150 g chicken breast (diced)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. ground paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 high-protein wrap
  • 30 g Sugar-Free Sauce (Sweet Chilli)

Season the diced chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper, then toss to fully coat.

2.

Then cook the chicken pieces in a frying pan over a medium-high heat until completely white and cooked through.

3.

4.

Fold the wrap over, place in the air fryer, and cook for 6 minutes at 180C.
