It’s been a long few months, but spring is finally gracing us with its presence. To celebrate the warmer weather, switch up your beverage choice with this deliciously refreshing watermelon spritz.
It’s made with real fruit, has just a dash of soda for fizz, and each serving comes in at just 100 calories with a juicy 20g hit of protein. Cheers to that.
- Handful strawberries
- 1 scoop Clear Whey (Watermelon)
- 150 ml water
- Handful ice
- Dash soda water
- 3 lime wedges
Add a scoop of Watermelon Clear Whey Isolate to a shaker along with 150ml of water. Shake until smooth and lump-free, then wait 10-15 seconds for the froth to settle.
Place a few fresh strawberries in a small bowl and gently crush them to make a pulp. Then pour through a sieve or strainer (pressing with the back of a spoon) to create a smooth strawberry purée.
Add the strawberry purée, ice, and lime wedges to a glass, then pour in the Watermelon Clear Whey Isolate mix. Top up with a dash of soda to add a little fizz and then enjoy!
