I bought this to try something different from my usual pre workout for a bit of a change. After the first time of taking during my usual routine I began to feel sick after around 20 mins after taking prior to working out. This got progressively worse to the point I struggled to complete my workout. I left it a week and thought I’ll try again just in case I was naturally feeling off that day.  Again same effects after slowly drinking during my workout this time to see if there was a difference.  I poured it away after drinking around half. I felt fuzzy, sick, lethargic and threw the product in the bin when I got home. Worst product I’ve ever bought in 20 years highly recommend not wasting your hard earned money on this!  Goes Well With: The bin! 

I always leave the gym feeling as full as a house after using The Pump; the pumps are insane! I love this product and it’s helped progress my training a lot. Make sure to drink plenty of water for it to be most effective.  Goes Well With: The Pre Workout (and the + range)

Personally not as keen on the taste but I just add a little lemon squash. Great pump using this tho!! Goes Well With: Squash and water
