This gel is a fantastic easy post workout option. The consistency is like a yoghurt and the cherry taste is not sharp or strong like the SIS cherry recovery. The benefit of this is that the gel also has protein. 100% better alternative.  Goes Well With: You can mix easily with fruit smoothie or just have by itself on the go.

I really like this product. In fact, by not allowing my self to have one until after a tough session, it actually encourages to exercise more!! Obviously it wasn't necessarily designed to work that way .. and it would most certainly seem to help me recover quicker than would normally be the case. And, being a guy all-too-quickly approaching 70, recovery is as important to me as the exercise itself. Cherry flavour is the only one I've tasted as yet .. but I can thoroughly recommend the product both for its effectiveness and for its taste.

This is super great, it even tastes great, and is alot faster and less troublesome than mix protein after working out, its such a drag, especially after intensive workout when i can barely move arms.

Not a bad product however doesn’t really effect my recovery I wouldn’t say but the taste of the product is good. Priced a little high for what it is. 

The strawberry flavour is vile and full of bits. Where have the cherry flavour ones gone? Massively disappointed with these. Will sell on or give away. Goes Well With: The bin
