Stay away from this product, worst tasting things I’ve ever tried and the texture isn’t far behind it 

I got these when their regular protein gels were out of stock and honestly I should’ve just waited for them to restock, I’ve tried having a recovery gel 2 times and both times i’ve been unable to finish them. The protein ones are a little sharp but you get used to them and they taste fine, I got the strawberry flavour recovery gels and both times I’ve attempted to have them they’ve made me feel sick. Would recommend the Protein Gels though, specifically tropical flavour is good.

Very convenient to use. It takes up very little space in the gym kit. Tastes good. It keeps me going after heavy squat and deadlift sessions.

Does what it should extremely well but for me the after taste is better than the original but father in law loved it so its only a personal thing

Really like this product, getting back into weights and gym and it's been really helping with recovery!! Goes Well With: Have not had it with anything, might try it with yoghurt
