I use these to make bars, my favourite is marshmallow protein squares, combining them with melted marshmallows and protein powder to make high protein snacks. I've not tried them as others have with milk, I have eaten some out of the bag and they taste okay, they don't have any strong flavour. I would recommend for baking and recipes.
