They give a lot of texture to any meal or snack. The taste is neutral. However I have had to lock away after a daily amount as they are addictive. I think its the wonderful texture and slight creaminess. Its very high protein with some rice flour. Its very easy to get a wack of protein with no fuss or mess. They are expensive however if you have just one or 2 scoops which is provided will last a long time. Goes Well With:All meals and snacks

Can’t believe these are not more popular. I put them in greed yoghurt and protein pudding- in lieu of granola which can be a slippery slope, calorie wise! They are bland as someone else said, but once you have them mixed into something it doesn’t matter. It adds texture to yoghurts and bumps up protein. They come in a gigantic bag also so they last ages. I highly recommend them!Goes Well With:Yoghurts

Purchased these recently to try something different, and being celiac, I thought they'd be a nice treat. But be aware, these a not in fact gluten free as stated, luckily I read the back before I ate them!

This is hands down my favourite product from MyProtein, it was in my first ever order a few years ago and frequently pops into my basket, I will never not have a bag in the cupboard. No competitor does anything similar to this. It’s very high protein and a great texture, I use it in place of granola and cereals to top yoghurt or make protein crispie squares (it’s also twice the protein content of the protein granola). These are a lot smaller than rice crispies. They’re not as hard as I anticipated from some of the reviews. On top of cereal to boost protein they are fine, I certainly couldn’t eat a full bowl of them. I am hoping to use them in some sort of flapjack/nut bar, which should work okay Goes Well With:Muesli

I bought this to add to smoothie bowls to give it a crunch and it's great that this is unflavoured. I would love this in a cocoa flavour but MyProtein seem to add truck loads of sucralose to anything flavoured which doesn't taste good.Goes Well With:Adding crunch to smoothie bowls & porridge
