Usually take one of these ahead of early morning workouts or if I'm feeling particularly tired ahead of working out. Gives a nice "kick" and helps keep me stay focused throughout my training. Be warned though, you need to burn this off by training hard otherwise you will feel some "tingling". Good product! Goes Well With: On its own.
