Reliable, Effective, Go-To, Convenient
These get me through even the toughest workouts, and really aided in PB for a charity 10k. They taste the best out of the others I’ve tried, and I buy them every month. Goes Well With:Just on their own! No after taste. Use 30 mins before a work out or just before a warm up, you don’t feel jittery or any after effects.Â

Gives a nice little boost, I only found it gave a bit of the tingly finger feeling. The taste of both flavours was quite sour. Texture was a bit gaggy. Probably won’t buy again.Goes Well With:NA

A great pre boost!
The gel format is incredibly convenient for on-the-go use. It fits easily in my gym bag and doesn’t require mixing or additional preparation. The flavor of the gel is quite pleasant, which is often a challenge with pre-workout supplements. It made it easy to consume. I noticed a significant boost in energy and endurance during my workouts. The gel helped me power through my sessions with more intensity and focus.

Convenient
These are great little gels that pack a bit of an extra punch when you feel you need it. Very convenient as its a tube of gel. Not thick and gloopy, and not too bad to taste.

Much better!
The taste has got a lot better (must have had a bit of a dodgy batch before) I get the initial tingle of the pre workout at the beginning, I’m not sure how long it lasts for or if I’m just pumped up from reps, but it seems to do the job!Â

Taste is so tart
I only use for morning workouts and I do think it helps giving a extra kick to the workout.The taste is so tart and sour. It's really hard to get over. I would try again with another flavour.
