I got the tropical storm flavour....and jeez its far too sweet, so sweet it's nearly unbearable, so best you get it down quick. I usually use this pre workout gel when I am feeling tired/lazy before a workout and it really does the trick! The first time I took it I was absolutely BUZZING, probably because I'm not a big individual. But to conclude definitely a solid pre workout, that really keeps you motivated throughout your workout both cardio and weights.

It really gave me much energy. My workout were great with that gel, even when I'm sleepy and tired.I will take it again.
