I like the fact that omega 6 and 3 are available omega 6 is often ignored in supplements and I need a variety of oils as I'm sure it aids general metabolism and Wel being ..a good amount per bottle so no need to think about needing another purchase soon after the purchase of the 1st .

I eat them but these have no fishy or distinct taste so they can be used as a butter on toast etc
