These are so delicious I have like 8 or 9 every morning for breakfast. The texture is beautiful! Some cheap brands are too chewy and seem to lose their flavour if you grill them too long.  Goes Well With: Toast Pasta Sourdough pizza  Rice 

This really helped me gain the necessary nutrients that i don’t have in my diet by easily consuming them as it’s a softgel which can be taking with a drink and during or after food for the gets affect, this really positively helped me out overall.

No horrible after taste like some I have used before.

Cant comment on effectiveness or anything yet but I must say that there is a bad smell coming from the container and a bad taste from each capsule. It appears one of the capsules has a slight slit in it and has leaked around the container and onto others. It isn’t bad enough to stop me taking them  Goes Well With: A few extra gulps of water after
