I've found a lot of reviews complaining about the taste. It's not a cake lads, it's a supplement. Man up. Overall feeling better since i started taking them. Had a cold when i started, cleared up within a couple of days though i can't be sure that was these badboys. Turns urine near luminous but that's due to too much Vitamin C as far as i believe. Not harmfull. So yeah, great product. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Water.

The multivitamins seem to be supporting my inmmune function and enrgy levels better than others on the market. Easy to swallow. Would recommend to other MP users.
