This is a repeat review of 5 products. ( L-Carnitine, Alpha Men , Impact whey milk isolate,Instant oats,Omega 3) I purchased all 5 products at the same time, and im only just over 2 weeks in and ive noticed great results in my goal of losing fat while maintaing my build and strength.In the past i have trained more often and harder but without seeing the results i have seen now although this is the best routine ive had for consistent healthy eating. The taste of the Impact milk isolate and instant oats is really plain and neutral but somehow i really enjoy it and it is i no way a chore to consume, but could see some becoming bored of it.Not sure how the product mixes as i haven't tried it yet. Ive lost around 4.5Kg without a massive calorie deficit (and the occasional pint), Training 1/2 times a day (1 cardio/1 wieght session) 5/6 day's a week and think i will continue to purchase this set of products for the forseeable future. The %RDA of the alpha men is great and i think the protien/carbs ration of the impact milk isolate is perfect before bed. Best multivitamin on the market, high in b vitamin complex, got herbal extracts and alot of antioxidants. Can deffinetly recommend it.

Quite small compared to other multivitamins I've taken and they glide down. They might taste funny but only if your chewing it...and would do that ?

Excellent blend of vitamins and minerals, the price is also great!
