I've tried a lot of different multi-vits, including Orange Triad. These are hands down the best. It's only when you stop taking them that you realise how positive and healthy they make you feel. I used to get a lot of cold and sniffles, but have only had one whilst taking these in approx 18 months, and it didnt effect me half as bad as it seemed to effect others who got it. No side effects, no taste, just neck a couple of pills with your breakfast and evening meal and you're good. I'll be taking these until I die, probably.

It's impossible to tell whether these vitamins did the job, but I immediately felt better with my depression and anxiety a few days after taking these, along with the vegan omega 3, 6 and 9 oil I bought. I've been a vegan and in some periods vegetarian for the last two years, and I never thought about what vitamins I might be low on. The regular vitamin supplements I took didn't include B12, something I just recently learned vegans and vegetarians don't get enough of and it can cause depression, fatigue, rapid heartbeat among other things. As I said, I feel better and I do think these pills did the trick. It's hard to tell whether the science behind all the different supplements in these pills is rock solid, and I could just have bought some B12 pills, but I liked the fact that they have Gingko Biloba for instance, so I wanted to try them. I'm probably 50 pills into my batch, and I think I'll repurchase them again, so yea...they get my recommendations.

Great quality of multivitamins. No digestive problems at all. Vitamins, minerals and a lot of other good stuff inside. The only thing is lacking is a bit of iron. Generally: Very good

One of the best multi-vitamins I've taken. Physically and mentally feel better and more alert, and felt like I got a much better night's sleep whilst taking them waking up feeling more refreshed. Can't really think of any negatives, yea they smell bad, but just don't sit around sniffing them and you'll be fine.

The vitamins are a insurance policy for building a strong fundation not only for fitness and bodybuilding, but also for ordinary people. MP stuff seems to be effective and it is obvious that the price is its strong aspect.
