For some reason these give me quite bad bloating and gas, have kept using them despite this in the hope my stomach will get used to them but no. Bit of a pain. As there is no iron in them I wonder what might be doing this?

I needed a multivitamin that didn't interfere with other supplements I was taking and without any ridiculous doses. This does exactly that, it makes me feel more alert and have more energy. Perfect addition to my routine.

Been taking two a day for the past 10 days. I'm sleeping better and have a bit more get up and go. The smell is genuinely awful but just they go down your throat not up your nose so....
