Absolutely love these protein powders. They are so tasty! The cookies and cream one tatses exactly like and Oreo milkshake from Eddie Rockets. The chocolate mint and strawberry shortcake are amazing as well. Couldn't recommend this enough. Have another 2kg of each on the way! Only downside is that it tastes gross if you mix it just with water so would recommend mixing with milk of any sort Goes Well With: Oat milk (to cut down on calories I do half oat milk and half water)

I’ve only been using this for a short time but this whey certainly takes the edge of sweet cravings . I take 25ml with Water 30 mins before a gym session or a run . So far I’ve noticed I have a lot more energy . The calories are really low compared the other diet whey . It mixes really well with a shaker . The taste is lovely , I’m on the brown sugar / milk tea flavour . I certainly recommend this product .  Goes Well With: Thermopure  CLA Water

It tastes nice but there no reccomendations with how much milk or water to put with it, as a first time buyer I would like to see this however they do taste nice
