Fantastic stuff
Trying to shift weight whilst workout and keep full can be tricky! This stuff is fantastic as not only is it low calories, but gives you such a boost! I now don’t feel as good as usual if I haven’t one for the day! Milk works best of course, but I tend to do half milk half water and that’s perfect! 10/10 recommend! Goes Well With:Milk or milk and water. Tried with just water, and it’s what you expect, not full potential but fairly drinkable. Definitely recommend milk, if you’re looking to stay low on carbs use alternatives like almond oat or coconut milk.Â

This product ia amazing , helped me not only keep my protein up but the product itself is great .It tastes amazing and mixes really smooth and the price is brilliant especialky at the moment when other prices are so high . I have bought a few product from here and never been disapointed highly recommend and speedy delivery Goes Well With:I add mine to fruit with water for a super smoothy , mixes well in yogurt and a great taste just on its own as a drink

Impact whey protein
Been using this for about 3 weeks now. Replacing 2 meals with shakes. I found them quite sweet and on thick side for me personally. But I've now worked out that 1.5 scoops in 300mls water /milk works for me. I do 150mls water and 150mls semi skimmed milk. Mixes fairly well. I don't feel hungry. I've not weighed myself but clothes feeling better. I had vanilla, strawberry shortcake and chocolate cookie in first order which weren't bad. Just received 2nd order of vanilla, iced latte and chocolate brownie but yet to try .Goes Well With:Half milk half water

I got recommended these as my skin had a reaction to protein yogurts. I was skeptical as I've never had any kind of protein shakes before. I bought one packet to try and see how my skin reacted. No eczema anymore! Yippee. The taste far succeeded my expectations and I am full for longer, which means I can have them for breakfast and not be hungry until lunch. I ordered more flavours in the black Friday sale and OMG...the cookies & cream and strawberry shortcake ones are delicious. My kids are jealous that I'm having tasty shakes for breakfast! Would like to see some instructions on how many scoops vs liquid, so I've been experimenting. I tend to do one scoop per 250ml liquid. I tend to use a milk frothing mini whist too and no lumps. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this product! along with its value for money, it is the best easy and quick way to get in that last minute protien. It tastes really good and has a good selection of flavours, although it still has that bitter protien taste but is not so bad.
