Trying to shift weight whilst workout and keep full can be tricky! This stuff is fantastic as not only is it low calories, but gives you such a boost! I now don’t feel as good as usual if I haven’t one for the day! Milk works best of course, but I tend to do half milk half water and that’s perfect! 10/10 recommend!  Goes Well With: Milk or milk and water. Tried with just water, and it’s what you expect, not full potential but fairly drinkable. Definitely recommend milk, if you’re looking to stay low on carbs use alternatives like almond oat or coconut milk. 

This product ia amazing , helped me not only keep my protein up but the product itself is great .It tastes amazing and mixes really smooth and the price is brilliant especialky at the moment when other prices are so high . I have bought a few product from here and never been disapointed highly recommend and speedy delivery Goes Well With: I add mine to fruit with water for a super smoothy , mixes well in yogurt and a great taste just on its own as a drink

Been using this for about 3 weeks now. Replacing 2 meals with shakes. I found them quite sweet and on thick side for me personally. But I've now worked out that 1.5 scoops in 300mls water /milk works for me. I do 150mls water and 150mls semi skimmed milk. Mixes fairly well. I don't feel hungry. I've not weighed myself but clothes feeling better. I had vanilla, strawberry shortcake and chocolate cookie in first order which weren't bad. Just received 2nd order of vanilla, iced latte and chocolate brownie but yet to try . Goes Well With: Half milk half water
