Received my packet today, soon as I opened it the smell hit me - tasty! Got out the shaker (spring ball) and added my measurement - 1scoop + 150ml water. Within seconds of shaking I could see it all clumped like jelly blobs, just couldn't get them to break down. Added more water, no change. Can't fault the taste, reckon it will be delicious with milk - probably hide the blobs too for those with an ichy palette. Plan to try it with yoghurt and eat with spoon. Can't rate effectiveness yet but reckon it will be like any other protein products I have tried, very good. Good alternative to those who can't take whey or just fancy something different. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Milk, yoghurt
