Energy gel is giving real help it boost your Energy and keeps you away from laziness it help me When I feel low I take energy gel and hit the gym , I have experienced it when I eat it I do all my exercises and still energetic 

Have used for long runs, easy to use and digest. Great way to get carbs and electrolytes

Not the best gels out there when you have options like SIS and Maurten, however these are great value per gel. The flavour is OK, quite orangey and sweet tasting a bit like a more concentrated fruit shoot

Gels tasted amazing gave me a well needed burst of energy when training for my marathon normally only train around 15km after taking these around the 12km mark I went on to run 20km the energy these give you is fantastic!! Highly recommend :)

The gels are fantastic. Taste brilliant, orange is not too overpowering yet the flavour is obviously there. Aswell as this, the boost of energy is really noticeable. Well worth the money  Goes Well With: Orange lucozades
