1. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
2. Vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
3. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
We recommend consuming 2 Energy Elite gels during exercise, up to 3 times daily.

Never in stock!
I love these! Get me through long runs and long weight training sessions (2+ hours) in my hybrid training but every time I run out they are always out of stock / sold out! They are the best tasting on the market and by far the cheapest. Not able to add to wish list either for email notifications about restocking which worries me about discontinuationÂ

Great Value for Money
These were a great deal price wise, and the cheapest gels I have found in this kind of quantity. The taste was strange at first, but actually quite like it now. It's slightly salty, but then this is needed to replenish the electrolytes/salt lost through exercise. I have used High 5 gels also, but these are cheaper, and work very well to fuel my long runs.

Good value
Not the best gels out there when you have options like SIS and Maurten, however these are great value per gel. The flavour is OK, quite orangey and sweet tasting a bit like a more concentrated fruit shoot
