I have been taking these for a while now about 7 months and they have really helped, 8 have also be looking at my diet and attending slimming world to concertante more, they have given me extra energy when at the gym as well. And they make me feel alert. Goes Well With: Water

I have to be so, so careful in order to stay in shape because I naturally carry more fat. I swear by these. They do not do the work for you; you have to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but when you find yourself in a rut, and you can't cut your calories any lower and you're already slugging away with some extra cardio, I find that these are the little boost you need to kick the rest off and help keep it off. I generally include these with my daily supps as normal as I do find they help keep excess weight off for me. I can tell after a week or so if I've stopped taking them!

After reading the reviews I thought that these pills would be spot on as I consume a large amount of caffeine. Unfortunately for me though, these tablets actually make me very tired!! A few hours after taking them I become very drowsy which isn't ideal when you lead a busy life. In the time between taking them and needing to peel my eyes open I literally don't feel any different, with no extra energy and my appetite is the same! Reading the other reviews they seem to work well for normal humans but if, like me, you need several cans of Red Bull just to function I would recommend saving your money and sticking with the energy drinks. Been using these a few weeks taking one in the morning in relation to my goals. I’ve found myself to be a lot less fatigued at work and during my workouts as well as my Christmas bloat going right down! It’s a win from me
