First time buying and trying these but i would buy these again

I take these every morning before my cardio workout. a lot cheaper than some alternatives and seems to do the same job. easy enough to take with no bad after taste. even better they are vegetarian. Goes Well With: water

I’m Not sure wether they work yet I’ve been taking them on and off so they last a bit longer 

Delivered 5th July. I’ve been using these for 1 month , along with the gym and healthy ish eating and I’ve lost 1/2 a stone!!  I wouldn’t have done lost that much without these I don’t think!! Godsend!  Goes Well With: Water obviously
