Does what it says on the tin. My oartner has ibs and normal whey protein set its off. This is perfect as it doesn't. I've started using instead of normal whey too as it is perfect as a base for a smoothie. But it tastes fine just with water. Goes Well With: Water or pre mixed with water into a smoothie

Taste great both me and my husband love it I’m really fussy when it comes to protein I hate it bitty but this is smooth and taste so nice ! And it’s not a bad price either  Goes Well With: Water
