Vile taste an the smell is even worse. I couldnt choose softgel form because i cant take them. You can get rid of the taste slightly with juice but dont use the full amount of cla just have it in little bits troughout day. Or like a shot. The smell reminds me of something you put on the walls paint or glue. Excellent in what t does. So reccomend Goes Well With: Juice or a shot of water

I was recommended this product on the build up to summer, to cut off some winter fat. I does work really well within a COUPLE DAYS of taking it with good diet and exercise I'm already able to see my summer body. As a VEGETARIAN I cannot take the soft gels so this is the next best thing. This product does TASTE BAD, unfortunately. Personally I thought it tasted worst mixed in a protein shack because it contrasted with the shack flavor so much. Whereas with water it only has a brief after taste. I have over come this through TAKING IT LIKE A SHOT, with a small amount of water in one gulp. Then chasing it with coffee or whatever your morning drink is. Goes Well With: small amount of water

Well I bought this product with the intention of losing fat quickly. I was recommended CLA softgels but they were sold out at the time, so I went for the powder thinking it would be fine as an alternative. And boy was I wrong. It said on the packet to mix with 150-200ml of water or fruit juice, so I decided that an orange lucosade sport would be fine. I measured out the liquid, and then measured out the CLA powder (as mine did not come with a scoop) and as soon as I stirred the mixture once, it turned my orange diluted looking drink into a white milk looking liquid. The smell was atrocious and I couldn't handle more than two sips due to the thickness of this mix and the taste of plastic too. Straight after, I ordered the soft gels (as they had come back into stock) and I have been taking them since. I do not regret that decision at all. Softgels all the way. They do the job which CLA is known for and I have lost 3 inches of fat off my stomach area. Great success, but definitely wouldn't go back to using the powder so it'll now just sit in my cupboard gathering dust. Goes Well With: nothing

This product is helpful only if you stick to Ur eating habits :) I have been on this for a week and I can see slight difference to my weight. Taste is not good but mix it with other liquids . Goes Well With: Juice & soya milk

This powder tastes discussing and there is nothing you can mix it with to make it drinkable. It also leaves s00ome horrible aftertaste. Goes Well With: Nothing
