On its own has that slightly wheaty taste that a lot of unflavored stuff has. Mixes great into anything.Goes Well With:Creatine Ethyl Ester
This stuff works. Along with a clean low carbo diet. It's mixable. I dont't know why everybody complain because of the taste... you can mix in your smoothie or your protein shake... and if you do you never gonna feel any taste. CLA is not a dessert or sugar substitute. It's a dietary supplement. Stop crying. ;)Goes Well With:Any home made healthy smoothie or protein shake
This stuff works. Along with a clean diet and regular gym sessions, watch the weight fall off! Easier to consume than the tablets as you only need 2 scoops added to your morning shake and that's the dose cover for the whole day.Goes Well With:Protein shake
The product taste is bland but can be mixed with your existing protein to add extra taste. Been taking it for a week now, makes you poo alot...Goes Well With:Any existing protein
I've tried CLA pills in the past, but decided to try it in powder form. I felt that the pill form did have a small effect on me, but it is always hard to tell how much as I was exercising a lot at the time. I am hoping the powder form will have the same effect, though I have not used it long enough to notice anything yet. I found it mixed very well with whatever I put it in, though I would recommend mixing it with something that tastes quite strong as the flavour by itself is not pleasant. I've mixed it with other flavoured protein powders and found it masks the taste of the CLA quite well
Bought this instead of tablets as it was on offer and I much prefer the tablets. It mixes well but doesn't taste great however my rating is not reflected on taste as it is unflavoured after all. The pro is that you can take it in the morning and you are done for the day as I had an issue forgetting to take the tablets with my food and it does Mix well - you could add to a morning protein or smoothie and not notice it at all. I have been using CLA for over 4 months in conjunction with a heavy weightlifting regime and diet plan so am unable to effectively comment on if it specifically has given me results.
It's worthy to purchase for all serious competitor. As you know about effects of CLA,I always take that all through the year.So the cost performance is important as well as quality. This product,I promise, satisfies our demand.Goes Well With:I sprinkle it over salad or beans. You like that way.
Not sure why people are saying it tastes to so bad. I have it every morning in water with a effervescent Vitamin C, and Creatine. All I taste is the orange flavour of the VitC! Not sure how well iut's doing yet as I've only been using it a few days.Goes Well With:Vitamin C.
I haven't had any problems with the taste of this, I mix it with protein powder, 150ml almond milk and a teaspoon of cinnamon and can drink it easily. Seems to be working too! Goes Well With:Almond milk
A lot of people saying it tastes bad but all you have to do is have it with milk and a few drops of vanilla essence or Myprotein flavdrops, mix it in a protein shaker as it dissolves much better. This removes the taste. I have noticed some fat loss around the stomach but you have to have a clean diet and plenty of exercise or else you will see no difference. I lost 1.5kg in a week with this, the powder is better value for money than the pills.Goes Well With:Myprotein flavdrops toffee flavour, vanilla essence
