"The Boost From Beta Alanine Is immense!! Would Deffinately recomend to anyone looking to push their workouts, the tingling is strange at 1st but after week or so its nothing, used bsn's no x-plode before, complete waste of money, i wont train without beta alanine again."

ok it does give weird pins and needles (which passes in around 15mins) - didn't get any headaches. But honestly my strength kept going up for the 4 weeks i was on it. No loading required it was instant extra strength. RECOMMEND!!!!! going on for 6 weeks next!

The stabbing pain of pins and needles on my face was too much to bear so I wouldnt reommend this product! I also got a pounding headache. Disappointed as its hyped and getting put into a lot of pre workout formulas now
