Beta Alanine is a non-essential amino acid and is the only naturally occurring beta-amino acid.
Ideal for anyone participating in sports that require explosive actions such as sprinting, weight training or boxing and those involved in prolonged endurance exercise.
Beta Alanine can cause a tingling and flushing effect on the skin. This is a perfectly normal reaction by the body and not harmful.

Add your preferred amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Add 1.5g, shake and consume immediately. Use 2 times daily, preferably between meals for the first 4 weeks, then once daily thereafter.

Beta Alanine is up there alongside creatine in terms of scientifically proven supplements. It’s almost unbelievable that you can buy something proven to increase efficiency by around 14%.. that’s a lot more reps and weight over the lifting lifespan of every lifter. Get bigger, stronger, faster. Shove this into a pre workout to bring the total to around 3.2g and following your workout, add another 2.5g into your post workout shake. If you get 176g into your body over 28 days, this is optimum for muscle growth; strength gains, endurance increases etc.Goes Well With:Creatine, pre workout, post workout, OFF DAYS! - make sure to take 6.3g every single day to make sure the carnosine keeps on coming!
This is the one. I'm sure most of you know that this is in a lot of preworkouts but you probably won't be getting enough.. 3-5 grams per day approx 20-30 mins before workout - great for runners and cyclists - check the science too. Very happy, and it's cheap as chips. I feel like a train whilst running. So much power and there's no stopping! Tastes bitter on its own so maybe add to juice or top up your pw. Doesn't mix/dissolve in water so keep swirling (as your probably already do) Also, don't forget about the tingling. I like it, but for some it's too much. Goes Well With:Creatine and amino's.

Not sure of effectiveness yet as only tried it just over a week. Slight tingle if you use too much. Haven't seen any benefits yet but early yet. Mixes easily.Goes Well With:Orange juice or protein shake.
3-5g after working out is plenty for me and have made significant strength and muscle size gains since using it. Advise taking it alongside food due to minimise the tingling effect beta alanine causes. Will be taking everyday now for sure.Goes Well With:Creatine post workout
I have previously used other manufacturers. Specifically "The Protein Works", which I believe to be a higher quality product.Goes Well With:Your Pre-Supps, prior to workout.
Pretty much tasteless can't really comment on the affect coz I haven't used it long so time will tell
Came in hard limos like sugar cubes and inCannot find CarnoSyn® on the ingredients which I was told is the most important one of all. Would be useful is MP would confirm if it's in there.
