I used this product before from a different provider and loved it, the only slight downside is the taste and the slightly itchy, burning sensation that you sometimes feel. I put that down to me not training hard enough, just take it with a juice or sugar free concentrate if you can't handle it <B>Goes Well With:</B> water any drink

I most definitely feel that this supplement is as a pre-workout supplement. Mix it with about 200ml of water and simply down it, and after about 15 to 20 minutes you will feel it working. I get a slight tingling sensation, and is most notable when performing sets. I can feel it working and I definitely have more focus. I mix 6g of this with 3g of L-Carnitine in 200ml of water, and take 20 minutes before a workout.

So far it's working but only training on it at the moment!

Its a nutrient that is needed by your fast-twitch fibres, helps muscles to contract more powerfully and for longer, also helps steady your muscle PH, again so you can work for longer without tiring. Pretty good product all round.

I found the tingles were too much, to the extent that I couldn't go to the gym. I have had tingles before from other products but for some reason my body just didn't react well to this one. I'm not saying it's a bad product, I would just recommend anyone to start off buying the smallest pouch or a taster if possible before spending a fair amount of money and having a bad experience with the product.
