Before ordering these I read a lot of reviews with people complaining about the taste and smell, but they're completely inoffensive. They smell like any other unflavoured multivitamin and have next to no taste! Since taking these pills around two weeks ago my energy levels have gone through the roof and my recovery time is noticeably improved.
