I've been using this product for years and I’ve been so happy with it. Myprotein has always provided me the best results with any product I have consumed. Amazing mixability, consistency and just great overall. The results have been amazing. I prefer unflavored, but If I had to recommend one flavour it would be vanilla. Got the strawberry and cream one. Definitely helped with DOMS , mixed well didn't think it was chalky or lumpy and I mixed with milk and also tried with water. Only issue is its overly sweet. Really really sweet. By sip 3 I was feeling a bit sick. And that was with water. Mixing with milk definitely helped lessen the sweetness but still , waaaayy too sweet. Its hard cuz I'd like to recommend for the effectiveness but the flavour is a bit much for me... Goes Well With: Milk more than water

So I've started back into fitness and knee post work out protein powders are great. However, first time I tried this while it smells nice it came out lumpy when mixed and after one mouthful I was shaking my head 2 in a row I had to stop myself from vomiting. Need something similar to meal replacement blend in taste qnd texture
