Its a better alternative to other fast carbs like dextrose or Maltodextrin, because you are less likely to put on weight from it. Don't listen those bro-scientists who claim that it is just a corn flour. I have tried both and this is digested much quicker, because it is more processed. Ideal refueling gun for post-workout. It mixes well, you do not even need a shaker, spoon will do. So, if you want to take fast carbs after workout, but not risk putting on fat, than this is the way to go.
