Use this post workout to replenish lost glycogen's, seems to aid recovery, great value alternative to Optimum Nutrition Waxy Maize. Taste is a little odd but nothing too peculiar... <B>Goes Well With:</B> Water, protein shake etc.

I was amazed at the mixability of this product. Given that it has "starch" in its name, I was prepared for a gooey, thick and difficult-to-swallow mixture. But happily I was wrong about that! Two scoops of this in my post-workout shake dissolves in seconds with just a few good shakes, and the shake remains easy to swallow as ever. Great product!

A very good carbohydrate from MyProtein and mixes well and accommodates my post workout shake. An overall great product <B>Goes Well With:</B> Protein shakes, amino acids or when used on its own to meet carbohydrate requirements.
