Tried this in my protein shake but sweetened it up to much for my preference and left lunps I've sprinkled on my morning muesli but didn't mix too well. Tried as an alternative to sugar in my coffee. Will continue to work on the best way to get these additional carbs into me Goes Well With: Still figuring this out

Mixes well with all liquids and you can't taste it. Makes a good overall product.

I bought this to bump my calorie intake up. An done my research on it after buying unfortunately. After my findings I have decided to not to take this product. Gl levels are higher than sugar. Has no nutrional value. Diabetes in a bag. Fortunately it was on offer. So didn't spend much and can't be bothered with the mither of sending 3x5kg back. My bad anyway.

Helps to hit my macros on cheat days Goes Well With: Taste is a bit weird with water so maybe add flavdrops. No issue with milk and whey protein
