2. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

perfect for bulking and really helps me get in extra carbs i need to get bigger. u put it in squash everynight and it doesnt even really need to be shaken as it just dissolves and doesnt take any flavour away from the drink. just like drinking squash normally

All round good carb

I was very happy with this product. I needed extra carb and calorie sources to keep up with my calorie expenditure and to maintain fuel sources while training.  I was very happy with how well the product mixes and how versatile it is with being combined with other products.

Can be used alongside any protein, intra workout or just simple with water. It’s the key benefit of it being unflavoured.

Maltodextrin

I absolutely love this product in my peri workout nutrition. Either included in my intra workout drink which also contains MyProtein EAA's and Myprotein creatine monohydrate or my post workout shake which contains MyProtein Maltodextrin and MyProtein Impact Whey. It helps with my recovery, transporting nutrients to my working muscles and glycogen replenishment. It mixes extremely well and a product that will always be included in my supplement stack.
