Only been using this a couple of weeks, however very impressed in the energy levels provided with no tummy issues, I certainly feel like i have more go than with a couple of other brands I have used. There is only a slight taste which is not terrible - i put i splash of no sugar lemon squash in and its perfect for me. I would only mark it down slightly as it does not always dissolve as easily as others i have used, often a small penny sized clump requires a bit more shaking but no real issues - certainly recommend and great value
