Generally very happy with the Instant Oat, it helped me achieve my extra calorie/carb goal per day, I lost a bit of weight/size with my latest job due to eating the same amount as before the extra manual work and since using the Instant Oat i have re-gained my size and weight by 10lb in 2.5 weeks, waist measurement has stayed the same too as it should if the calories/carbs are not rubbish and your training intensity is good Goes Well With: Water

Great to thicken and bulk calories in protein shake. I add a scoop or 2 to my protein shake in the morning after training while in a bulking phase helps with taste and texture  Goes Well With: Collagen protein shake or meal replacement shake 

I want to love this product, I use as a key ingredient in high calorie shakes but consistency of quality varies hugely between batches. I’ve had bags of the smoothest ground oats with no lumps or grains that mixes perfectly into a liquid but have also now had my second bag where the grind is far coarser.  Mixing this into a shake is like trying to drink sand… horrible and sticks in your throat. Not sure I can buy any more for my purpose, would work fine if mixing into food for overnight oats for example but not to blend and drink
