The carbohydrates in Instant Oats will contribute to muscle recovery† after high intensity and/or endurance exercise. Therefore in order to replenish muscular glycogen stores we recommend adding 2 1/3 large scoops (100g) to 150-250ml of water or your favourite beverage in a Myprotein shaker within 4 hours of exercise. †Beneficial effect is obtained through consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours of exercise.

Not what I expected

I was expecting to get a real oat flavor but I don’t  find any similarity. Hard to mix it without a hand blender. It could be good for baking or anything that you want to do with oat flour but won’t use it for breakfast as a bowl of porridge.

Horrible! Completely Ruined!!

Don't know what you've done to the recipe but it's ruined now. Use to be able to mix it with milk in the mornings for breakfast, but can't get past halfway without gagging now due to the horrible grainy texture whereas it was smooth before. Sort it out now!

Sometimes bits sometimes not?

I understand every product is made in bulk and not every one can be 100% but this product is constantly one good one bad for me. Sometimes it arrives and it’s so smooth and mixes so wel, other times it turns up and is so “bitty” I feel like I’m drinking Orange juice with bits in when I was expecting smooth?

Used with the usual shaker - let's just say the shake is more pleasant without the oats. It's bearable and, though maybe a placebo, does make me feel more energised; however, saying that the oats mix well is an understatement. The difference between a shake with and without the oats is night and day. It is though you can feel each individual oat.

Oatilicious

Good boost use mine for breakfast with granola cereal and protein Krispies and even hav a banana sliced up with it  keeps me goin all thru the day

Instant Oats Mix

Mixes well with normal porridge & other cereals, or even with yoghurt, or Overnight-oats (Strabs/rasps, yoghurt, nuts, ... ) . An easy to digest breakfast leaving you with a full & satisfied feeling, staving hunger for an hour or two.

Porridge oats; yoghurt; milk; water even.

Swallow dont spit

Ok so this is in powder form, won't have the same texture as whole oats, think ready brek. I really like this in a shake, pancake or warmed up with almond milk. Vanilla flavour is ok . Stuff keeps you full till lunch if had for breakfast. Good low GI fodder and part of my daily. Bargain.
