I wasn't impressed with the mixability of these Instant Oats when using a shaker. There were far too many clumps. However, if using an electric blender mixing was perfect and had a very smooth consistency, almost as if there was no oats in the shake at all.

Instant Oats are an effective way to boost calorie intake throughout the day, great mixability and taste. Wouldn't take it around training times and can sit quite heavy depending on dose, if looking for a carb boost during training try maltodextrin instead. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Whey protein

I took delivery of the vanilla Instant Oats today and have just had my first intake. I have to say that I love them. They fill a hole in my appetite while tasting fantastic!! I would definitely recommend these! <B>Goes Well With:</B> Milk

Instant Oats are a great product, I use it every morning. Two large MyP scoops of the instant oats, two bananas and 350ml of milk goes down a treat. Great fibre and great taste. Here is a tip as well to make it more refreshing, add one normal banana and add a frozen banana. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Bananas and milk
