These Instant Oats are a really good, cheap, effective product. Throw in a shaker with some protein powder and you've got breakfast instantly. Instant Oats is an excellent product. It doesn't mix or taste extremely well, but I suppose that isn't the reason for buying it. I have recommended it to friends and they all agree.

I would strongly recommend Instant Oats to anyone going through a bulking phase in an attempt to gain weight. The oats are finely grounded to increase mix-ability, however you can still taste the oats when drinking it. If you cannot down your protein shakes this may be a little more difficult to swallow. It mixes better into protein shakes than your standard off-the-shelf oats because of how it's grounded, and it is a perfect alternative (with whey protein) for a mass gainer - I would strongly recommend using this with Impact Whey Protein, mixed together it tastes great and is a perfect weight gaining base. I personally add natural peanut butter, impact whey protein and milk into my oat mass gainer shake.
