I bought the unflavoured oats and add two scoops with a scoop of vanilla whey in the morning. It's a quick and easy hit of protein/low gi carbs, I find it isn't the best tasting as I bought unflavoured as it was cheaper but that's to be expected and I don't really mind as I just gulp it down. Ordered a 5KG bag, it's cheap, does exactly what you'd expect. It mixes superb into my breakfast smoothies, and it's a way of me to get my carbs in that I need to get me started for my day, as I struggle to eat at breakfast so drinking is so much easier. It reminds me of ready brek for some reason, just the taste, texture and smell of it (childhood memories!!!) Tastes great. Anyone worrying about whether it's 'weaker' compared to steel cut oats or not, there really isn't much different. Both provide the same Nutrients pretty much, and whilst the GI index on this is higher (this should only really matter to those with high blood pressure, diabetes, etc anyway), it's not significantly higher. I blend it into my smoothie (100g oats) with 300ml milk, 1 banana, 2 tbs flaxseed, a scoop of MP Vanilla Protein and 20g of MP smooth peanut butter. This packs around a whopping 950Kcal, just in case anyone wants something they can do with these oats. This does taste nice, sometimes I add ice to get a smoother drink, but it's a great drink, especially for those needing high calories in their diet for sports like me! <B>Goes Well With:</B> Smoothies, water & milk.

Absolutely fantastic product, insane value for money, have bought a total of 15kg of the instant oats over the past few months. Great to have as a morning shake and is a good source of energy. Instant Oats does what oats do! I put it in protein shakes with peanut butter so can't taste it or feel any horrible bits when drinking it. This is my 2nd bag and when it's finished I'll get another. Simple. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Whey protein!
