At times, these Instant Oats have been a saving grace when I'm at work and I don't have the time to cook food. It's great to have it at the ready for my carbohydrate intake. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Protein shakes

This has to be one of the worst products that I have ever tried. It tastes like flower even though it was supposed to be Vanilla. The mixability is not very good at all and its hard to stomach. Really seems like an inferior product. I am very disappointed. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Nothing

I have always wanted to like oats for the healthy carbs that they provide to support a healthy diet and muscle building however I have never been able to stomach eating oats in any format as to me they taste disgusting, however Instant Oats are the perfect solution! Instant Oats can be taken with water or milk (or probably any other drink). My own preference is to have 500ml of water with 30g whey protein and 2 scoops of Instant Oats each morning as a very quick healthy breakfast (as I'm always running late for work) and it literally takes about one minute to make and consume. Since upon waking you are generally dehydrated the 500ml water helps address the dehydration nicely however if this seems a lot of fluid first thing less water can be used. The oats mix extremely well in water with the protein in a shaker without the need to use a blender and as the protein is flavoured I use unflavoured oats. Overall, this is the perfect way to take in healthy carbs and to cap it off they are very cheap as each serving costs about 20-25p. I use this Instant Oats for breakfast and before the gym about 45mins or so before. It keeps me going for the whole workout which is usually around 1 hour and 30 minutes. I would recommend it to anyone on a tight schedule.
