Quick and easy way to get carbs in post exercise. Not much for taste, but mixing it with my whey protein it gives a decent shake. Goes Well With: Whey protein vanilla or white chocolate

I just add one scoop (unflavoured) to my protein shake (total protein or casein) to add extra carbs and fibre in a healthy way, it also makes the protein taste nicer, gives it a nice oaty undertone and makes the protein thicker  Goes Well With: Total Protein
