I love it. As well as being a brilliant raw food (which combines beautifully with banana and cacao!), I love baking with it. I don't eat any grain and only have monosaccharides and find the natural albumin content of this means it makes wonderful breads and cakes without the need for loads of eggs. <B>Goes Well With:</B> everything!

I'm a big fan of this protein source, for me it releases slower than whey protein and so that makes it a useful ingredient in my breakfast shake. Unlike with whey, I stay full for longer when I use this one (without feeling bloated). The colour can be a bit strange, as anything you mix it with will result in a green slime. However, I find the taste to be pleasant, and it mixes quite well (with flax) - better than whey protein. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Fruit juice, ground flax.

I am not one to complain about taste in general, but I found this Protein to be pretty hard to swallow. It has a horrid flavour and texture. It tastes better with almond, hazelnut or rice milk than water. It needs something to sweeten it, and use water to water it down. I will continue to use it as an effective alternative to whey.

Very good, natural, plant-based protein powder. I've used it for some time now, sometimes on its own, but I also mix it with pea and brown rice protein. It has much more than just protein, as it's packed with a lot of good stuff. It's highly recommended.

What can I say, this protein is a great product and tastes fine to me when just mixed with water, but make sure you use a bit more water about 300ml per scoop. I'm enjoying mixing it up and not just having whey all the time. The price does seem a bit high, but it's definitely worth trying out!
